Spread your fingers (open your hand), start with your thumb and massage all of your fingers.
Place your index and thumb finger of your other hand over the tip of the thumbs, on each side of your fingernails and then begin lightly pressing as you move down. Keep go down and up to 2 min, with all of your thoughts focused on the release of negative and bad energy.
Repeat the procedure with the rest of the fingers once you are done with the thumb. Complete the massage by pressing the fingers to the middle of the palm, for 60 seconds!
