It can remove the acid reflux and it comes with no side-effects that don’t damage the belly lining.

*Treats morning sickness*

It can lower the vomiting and nausea in pregnant women.

*Improves digestion*

It is ideal for upset stomach. Boil ginger chunks for a little and add some honey. It will soothe the stomach and improve the digestive system.

*Helps with cough and sore throat*

It soothes sore throat. Prepare ginger tea by placing few slices of ginger in boiling water and add lemon and honey.

*Eliminates headaches*
