-One kg. of apples;
-three spoons of sugar;
-Glass container (large);
-One piece of cloth.
Wash well the apples and peel them. Then, cut them in small pieces and place them in the container. Add the sugar and the water to cover. Cover the glass container with the cloth and secure it with a rubber band or bottle cap. Leave it in a dark place at 15-26 0C for five to six days.
The apples will be fermented by that time. Remove the liquid and add it another glass jar and leave it for 3 more days. After those days, try it to see if it is at its perfect acidity and it is ready for usage.
