- 1 cup of pure water
- 4 tbsp. of organic chia seeds

- 1 tsp. of organic Ceylon cinnamon
- 2 tsp. of organic lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
How to Prepare It:
First of all, you should pour the water into a pot and then add the cinnamon. Next, boil the mixture. Once it reaches its boiling point, simply lower the heat and add the oats.
